9:30-11am HathA yoga 

1.5 hours of traditional hatha yoga, mantra, pranayama and guided relaxation – float out of class feeling deeply connected to body, breath, mind & heart.

SATURDAY 7:15-8:15AM

This earlier morning class is designed to awaken and refresh the body to greet the day feeling grounded and calm. A dynamic class yet adaptable to all levels of ability. There will be a general focus on the major joints of the body to improve flow of prana – our life force energy. A short guided relaxation or savasana to the sound of harmonium and mantra will end the class to imbue your day with peace.

A dip in the ocean after class (merely metres away) will top off your morning and send you cruising into your weekend.

Yin Yoga & Mantra Medicine – Next session Saturday May 28th $35pp

 

A blissful monthly reset of nourishing, floor-based Yin yoga, Vedic Mantra, breath work and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) followed by harmonium and sacred mantra sound bath. Leave feeling calm, grounded and deeply restored.
