My coaching series with Emma was joy-filled, insightful and empowering. Going into this series my expectations were kind of high as I had received coaching before and experienced great benefit personally and professionally.
From the first session with Emma I felt we had instant rapport. I was even more positive that what I wanted from coaching could be achieved after hearing what she had uncovered from my questionnaire – I definitely felt heard and seen.
People have been telling me recently how inspired they are by my life and how things are taking off for me and I believe this is because coaching got me blogging again. The negative self-talk doesn’t cripple me any more, I have been more in tune with my intuition and feeling more confident about my writing. Probably the biggest celebration for me was taking the leap to quit my second job – which I thought was not possible at this time – to focus 100% on my own businesses. That was a huge turning point in our coaching.
Emma you were amazing and I am over the moon with where my life is at right now and the direction it is heading in. Thank you so much! If anything, I only wish our time together could have been longer.
When I came to coaching I was stressed and overwhelmed with everyday life and with my work. I am a very busy mum balancing kids, work and studying for a Master’s Degree.
My husband has noticed that I’m less stressed and commented that I’m much calmer with my studies this time around. I still get overwhelmed at times but I know how to bring myself back now. I have changed things in my life and they’ve now become habits – like stretching and breathing exercises daily – and these things have really helped me.
The whole experience was eye-opening, positive and rejuvenating. Thank you Emma you are so good at what you do. From little things, big things grow.
Before my coaching series with Emma I was struggling with a lot of self-judgement and negative self-belief which were stopping me from enjoying my life and moving forward. Emma was very professional but relaxed and made me feel very safe. She sets the perfect tone to make you feel comfortable.
My partner has noticed how much more relaxed I am – if I don’t want to do something I don’t and I am enjoying the present moment more as I’m not constantly feeling I “should” be doing something else. The biggest change I’ve noticed is feelings of inner peace – I don’t beat myself up for relaxing and now notice what is nurturing for me and how those things bring balance to my life.
Emma always asks the right questions to get down to what’s really going on and I really enjoyed every session – even when I was crying! I am very proud of achieving my goals and I would describe the whole experience as empowering, balanced and safe.

When I came to coaching I was struggling to find any time for myself, and felt I was unable to keep a positive mindset in my day to day life as well as concentrate on the things that I love to do.
Since my coaching series with Emma my mindset is more positive and relaxed and I don’t fly off the handle as much as I used to! My husband says I am more relaxed and happier than ever before. During our series I also took the leap and started my own market stall selling the jewellery I make – I had wanted to do this for a long time but had been too scared.

When I decided to do a coaching series with Emma I was experiencing busy times at work and it was only going to get more stressful. Coaching felt like the push and support I needed to get healthy and find balance. I initially had thoughts around setting a goal on weight loss but it became so much more than that, and has been very beneficial!
The biggest change I have witnessed in myself is that my outlook and relationship with food and my body is changing. I am accepting me for me and not focusing on diets and numbers on the scale. I have also found that with a busy lifestyle, it is possible to find balance between work, friends, self and relationship. It has made me more relaxed and calm especially when faced with challenges, stress or busy times.
Emma, your kindness, openness and supportive nature has made this experience a pleasure! I have felt free to talk about things I would never have said and it opened up a lot more deeper issues to assist in achieving my goals!
When I came to coaching I felt that I was ‘floating’ a little, without a strong sense of direction. The opportunity to work with Emma was inspiring! After the first session it felt I was gaining some direction and really it was an exciting prospect.
I can’t thank Emma enough for bringing awareness around simply slowing down. This has been an absolute joy to recognise, as every other goal or intention can stem from there. That is the life changing realisation. Coaching is life giving stuff. It felt so supportive but also I was lucky enough to be able to laugh about it at times (as well as cry)!
Emma’s follow ups after each session where greatly welcomed and a nice reminder of what action to take next. She was knowledgeable on suitable resources and listened and asked questions to help me come to my own conclusions as well as offered advice or suggestions when I needed it.
Having an independent person as observer is just so helpful to see some patterns or some triggers when you can’t see the forest for the trees!

After just the first session with Emma I felt great! Energetically I think something shifted once I put my goals out there and realised I really wanted this. I felt positive overall even after opening up what felt like old wounds.
The biggest changes I’ve noticed in myself are a conscious awareness of my emotional and physical state. I’m taking more time to rejuvenate- (although I find it a challenge) and I’m feeling more grounded. My confidence and ability to manage challenging situations has also grown.
I think my children probably see me being calmer and those around me have watched me embark on new projects and step out of my comfort zone a bit! I have had a lot of encouragement and positive feedback. There has been an increase in relevant conversations and quality time with other women which I have invited- somehow it is all tied in!

With authenticity, knowledge and a wonderful manner, Emma has helped me create goals and action steps that have lead to meaningful changes. I highly recommended it.
When I came to coaching I felt busy and overwhelmed and like I had no time or space to make the changes that I wanted to make. I was also in a pattern of comparing myself and my life to others and feeling like I was coming up short.
After the first session I felt so supported by Emma in terms of being able to talk through some of the things I wanted to work on. The ‘Limiting Beliefs ’ survey also really helped clarify where some of my big blockages were.
My husband noticed a difference after a few sessions-especially immediately after a coaching session. He said I have been worrying less and seem more confident. The biggest change I’ve personally witnessed is a feeling of calmness and being content. I’m also much more aware of the negative thoughts as they arise and can look at them objectively rather than ‘buying in’ to them. I’ve found that when faced with a decision or challenging situation I am responding rationally and with greater compassion. I find I am questioning and doubting myself less.
